UW Professional & Continuing Education
Bart Staker has more than 12 years of formal project management experience in both industry and academia. He has been a founding partner in three biotech startups and managed projects as part of a contract research organization. Staker is currently a project manager at the Center for Infectious Disease Research and has a passion for applying project management principles to preclinical programs and research and development programs. He has a Ph.D in biological chemistry from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in biology from the University of Washington.
