I am based in: Utrecht

I was referred to THNK by Arjan van Os.

I have a love for all that’s made with true craftsmanship and passion. Like artisanal ‘things’ or a concert in Paradiso Amsterdam, it could even be the first drawings my daughter makes, or the LEGO creations from my son.

It’s this same expression of mastery and purpose that I am developing within ABN AMRO Bank - we need love within the financial sector. Working in the field of human resources and strategy, I am passionate to bring out the best a bank can do: connecting people & their dreams, helping to create value for all. This innovation in corporate culture is one of the key themes in my daily work as organizational development & change expert. In this role I design corporate leadership & change programs, and advise the Managing Board and Senior Managers.

I live in Utrecht with my family and enjoys fine food & wine, race-cycling and design.
