Barbara Imperatori

Barbara Imperatori is Full Professor of Business Organization at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, Faculty of Economics, Department of Economics and Business Management (SEGestA), where she teaches Business Organization, Human Resource Management and Business Organization.

He is a member of the Board of the SEGestA Department of Economics and Business Management, UCSC of Milan (and afferent member since 2006).

He is a member of the teaching staff of the Doctorate in Management & Innovation, UCSC (formerly Doctorate in Management) UCSC (Organization Theory Seminar).

He is Director of the Inter-faculty University Master in International Human Resource Management (Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Linguistic Sciences), UCSC of Milan.

He coordinated the Course of Studies in Economics and Business Management (Bachelor's Degree), Faculty of Economics, UCSC of Milan.

Author of numerous national and international publications on the topics of Labor Relations, Strategic HRM, e-HRM, Organization of creativity, Social enterprise, People engagement, Project management and Education. You have been a speaker at numerous national and international conferences.

He has taught Business Organization, Organizational Behavior and Personnel Functions at the Bocconi University in Milan.

He is professor of the Organization & Personnel Area of ​​the Business Management School of Milan of the Bocconi University.
