Center for Creative Leadership

Barbara served as an executive coach with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) from 1997 through 2012. Additionally, Barbara served as one of the founding members of the Colorado School of Professional Psychology (COSPP) in Colorado Springs which accepted its first students in January, 2000. She served in a variety of upper executive roles at COSPP, now known as the University of the Rockies, including Vice President of Academic Affairs and Vice President of Academic Services between 2000 and 2011. The University grants both masters and doctoral degrees and offers programs in Organizational Leadership and Clinical Psychology.

Barbara has 18 years of experience teaching a variety of courses at the master’s and doctoral levels including Executive Coaching, Ethics, Foundations of Organizational Consulting, Lifestyle and Career Development, Counseling Techniques, Personality Theory, and Psychological Evaluation.

Barbara is the Coaching Talent Manger for the Center for Creative Leadership. She is responsible for the selection, training, and supervision of the executive feedback coaches in Colorado Springs who provide interpretations of management and psychological data to participants attending CCL training programs.

Barbara earned her MA and PhD in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver, Denver, Colorado. Her undergraduate degree in psychology was completed at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs. She has taught at both the masters and doctoral levels at Chapman University (Colorado Springs campus), the Colorado School of Professional Psychology and at the University of the Rockies. She is a Licensed Psychologist in the State of Colorado.
