Frankfurt School of Finance & Management
- After graduating from high school, he studied law at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster alongside philology and sociology;
- After working as a student assistant at the Institute for Criminal Science and the 1st state examination in law, began doctoral studies in 2003 and worked for more than three years as a research assistant at the Institute for Criminal Science, Department of Criminology, there with Prof. Dr. Klaus Boers; led criminal law working groups and conducted research as part of a project funded by the German Research Society on white-collar crime in connection with the activities of the Treuhandanstalt after German unification;
- has been working as a legal trainee since 2008 and after her 2nd exam with distinction in 2009 as a lawyer for us in the law firm; initially parallel to the completion of their scientific work;
- obtained his Doctor of Laws (Dr. jur.) degree in 2015;
- is responsible in her department for criminal defense in all instances with a focus on commercial criminal law, criminal tax law and criminal medical law;
- accompanies disputed tax audits, serves as a legal service point in professional or procedural questions for tax advice/auditing and conducts tax law disputes;
- is responsible (possibly in a team) for internal investigations or complex cases that require processing by several lawyers or other specialists;
- advises on tax compliance and criminal compliance;
- has successfully completed her training as a specialist lawyer for criminal law ;
- is the author of scientific publications and lectures, see complete list of publications and lectures ;
- works as a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance in Frankfurt (event on corporate defence) and the FOM University of Applied Sciences in Münster (criminal tax law) and as a lecturer at the Steinbeis University of Applied Sciences in Berlin (commercial criminal law);
- is a member of the Executive Committee of the Westphalia-Lippe Association of Tax Advisors and an elected member of the Tax Law Committee (expert on procedural issues for the specialist news), representation on the Advisory Board, the Public Relations Advisory Board and the working group "Contact Discussions with the Tax Offices" as well as a permanent author on commercial and criminal tax law in the association's magazine " Profiles"
- is a member of the board of trustees of the Academy for Tax Law and Economics as well as a board member of the board of trustees of the "Future Taxes" foundation
