Boston University
Audrey Holm is a Doctoral Candidate in Organizational Behavior at Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. In her dissertation work, Audrey examines labor market inequalities, with a focus on employment opportunities for formerly incarcerated people. She draws mostly on interviews, observations and archival data. More generally, her topics of interest include cultural changes in work, occupations and organizations, as well as inequalities and relationships at work. Parallel to her dissertation, Audrey also examines how U.S. puppeteers’ work varies across the contexts they perform it in, and a theoretical analysis of resilience and social support.
Prior to her doctoral studies, Audrey worked in public service organizations for eight years, first on urban policies related to climate change adaptation, then as an operations manager, business development manager and senior consultant in the public transportation industry. Audrey holds an Master of Business Administration from ESSEC Business School in Paris, France, with a specialization in Urban Economics.
