About

Ashley K. Ritter is a values based leader who brings over ten years of experience across a variety of sectors and disciplines including human resources, nonprofit management, healthcare and higher education. In her roles she has been responsible for leadership coaching and training, career development, diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, change management, conflict mediation, employee recruiting, employer relations, data systems and analysis.  

Ashley enjoys cultivating future business leaders to be the authors of their own career path, to be people of integrity, and to continually develop a life of meaning and purpose.  She is a trained Career Development Facilitator from the National Career Development Association and a contributing writer for the National Association of Colleges and Employers. Ashley holds a Master of Organizational Leadership with concentrations in human resources and conflict management from North Park University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Taylor University.
