Ashley Freeman

Ashley Freeman 08C 18B is a leadership coach and facilitator with over 10 years of professional work experience. She is a graduate of the Delta Air Lines Leadership Coaching Fellows Program at Goizueta Business School and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® personality assessment.

Ashley has a special interest in developing new leaders who are making a transition from individual contributors to first-time people managers, and enjoys coaching leaders of any walk of life to help them reach their potential. Her primary areas of interest in this field include: communication strategies, navigating difficult conversations and feedback, leveraging personality differences for influencing, employee engagement and recognition, team building and strategic hiring for cultural fit, among others. She has been invited to give multiple talks, has been featured in videos, and has written blogs for Goizueta Business School, and has won three peer- and faculty-nominated awards in addition to being inducted to Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Prior to pursuing an entrepreneurial career, Ashley managed a team of 6 direct and 2 indirect reports at Emory. She holds an MBA with a concentration in leadership from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, a BA in French and music from Emory’s College of Arts and Sciences, and a digital marketing certificate from Emory Continuing Education. An Atlanta native, she enjoys spending her free time with her husband and pet bird.
