University of New Mexico
Arianna Trott is a consultant and trainer. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Mexico. She is currently a doctoral student in Counselor Education at the University of New Mexico in the Department of Education. Arianna’s career is focused on promoting social justice, equity, cultural humility and interpersonal communication. She has been trained as a mediator including an internship with the UNM Ombuds Services for Staff focused on providing training to UNM Staff on conversations about sexual assault. Arianna’s expertise includes training in community-based participatory research, trauma-informed counseling, and program evaluation in early childhood development and education.
