Ph.D. in Management (Organizational Behavior) with expertise in quantitative research and analysis, experimental and survey designs, various areas of organizational behavior such as negotiations and decision-making, mediated communication ( electronic communication and social media), leadership, and employee fairness ( organizational justice). Work experience in the area of Organizational Development and Training for a large telecommunications company. Hands on independent as well as collaborative work experience in talent management and employee development,training, employee satisfaction surveys, employee recognition and compliance issues.
