Biography

Aalto University School of Business

Technological progress has been the greatest force of change and growth for as long as we have existed, and will continue to determine our ways and quality of living in perpetuity. I have committed myself to understanding and harnessing the impacts that the development, commercialization and adoption of technologies have on the renewal, growth and prosperity of individuals, businesses and entire economies alike.

With a particular focus on co-created foresight, industry analysis and value capture strategies, my expertise in the economic aspects of technological paradigm shifts forms a strength most effectively applied in the interface between R&D and the marketplace – in strategic new business development, business intelligence, innovation scouting, industrial policy or ecosystem foresight. It is a zone where the organizational, technological, environmental and commercial realms clash too often at the expense of growth and renewal. Through the analysis of key success factors in finance, organizational strategy, business development, and knowledge and technology management, I aspire to contribute to the management practices in innovation, strategic renewal and commercialization processes.
