Anne is a Family Nurse Practitioner whose nursing career has consistently been dedicated to helping people adopt healthy lifestyles. In addition to using her degree in Nutrition to teach health-supportive dietary practices, she also has interned with Jon Kabat-Zinn at the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program and University of Mass. Medical Center and earned certification through the Benson-Henry Institute (BHI) and Massachusetts General Hospital as a Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) facilitator.
Prior to founding Know More Stress, Anne offered SMART courses to patients at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital Ambulatory Care Center where more than 100 attendees were offered skills to improve coping.
