Biography

Professor Anne Gazengel is the coordinator of the Finance Department since 1986. She teaches all topics related to Corporate Finance with a focus on Project Financing and Asset backed financing.

She graduated in 1974 from the University of Caen (Master in Economics, option Management). Then she graduated in 1976 from the University Paris-Dauphine (Master in Financial and economic performances of firms, option Finance).

In the course of her career, from June 2009 to September 2010, she held the position of Vice-Director of the Corporate Relations and Executive Education Department, as well as the position of Director of the Corporate Department, from December 2002 to June 2009.

From January 2000 to December 2002, she held the position of Director of the Executive MBA of ESCP Europe and was Director of the Corporate Department during 8 years, from December 2002 to July 2009. In that position she contributed to the development of many international tailor-made programmes for large companies and of long term partnerships with foreign institutions and international companies. She created the Master in Performance and was the Director of this Master from September 1996 to June 2000, as well as Director of the Master in Medical Management.

Her former research activities were in the field of bankruptcy, causes and prevention. She is now studying financial policy of family owned companies.
