Mr. Tin enjoyed a diverse career including stints in IT and investment, until he found his true passion in branding. Since his debut as a marketer at P&G, he has taken on various senior management assignments with Estee Lauder, Jala Group (China’s largest cosmetics company), L’Oreal and Pola Orbis (a leading Japanese cosmetics company).
