Bentley University

Angela Cora Garcia is a professor in the Natural and Applied Sciences Department at Bentley University. Her research includes conversation analytic studies of interactions in mediation sessions, emergency phone calls, political speeches, and air traffic communications. She has published An Introduction to Interaction: Understanding Talk in Formal and Informal Settings (Bloomsbury Academic Press, 2013) and How Mediation Works: Resolving Conflict through Talk (Cambridge University Press, 2019).
