Kelley School of Business

Angela Andrews is a clinical assistant professor of accounting at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business on IUPUI’s campus. Andrews coordinates the Introduction to Financial Accounting classes and teaches Intermediate Accounting.

Her areas of expertise include executive perks, corporate governance, and personal finance. Andrews’ research has been published in Review of Accounting and Finance. She regularly presents at conferences across the country on accounting teaching techniques. Andrews was chosen in 2010 for an academic accounting fellowship with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. A licensed CPA, she serves on the Indiana CPA Society Diversity Advisory Council. Andrews also serves on numerous committees at IUPUI, including IUPUI’s Division of Undergraduate Education Faculty Committee, Kelley’s Graduate Accounting Programs and Undergraduate Policy Committees, and Kelley’s Academic Fairness Committee.

Before coming to the Kelley School in 2013, Andrews taught at Wayne State University. She earned her PhD from Michigan State, and her MBA from Wayne State. Andrews received a BS in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan.
