Biography
UW Professional & Continuing Education
Andrew Schall has more than 15 years of experience as a designer, researcher and strategist working with clients including The New York Times, Citibank, eBay and Southwest Airlines. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience in user-centered design at numerous conferences, including UXPA, ConveyUX and HCII.
Schall is an active member of the UX community as a professional member of the User Experience Professionals Association (UXPA) and a former board member and past president of UXPA DC. Schall frequently publishes on UX topics, including articles for UX Magazine and he is the co-author of the book, Eye Tracking in User Experience Design. Schall received a Bachelor of Science in IT & New Media with a concentration in human-computer interaction from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Interaction Design & Information Architecture from the University of Baltimore.
