Andrew is a proven General Manager and Board Director with a track record of achieving results via inspiring leadership, financial discipline and a strong focus on strategy, innovation, business partnerships and customer engagement.

Andrew is Head of Commercial Partnerships at the Parramatta Eels and a Lecturer in Strategy and Organisational Behaviour at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM).

Prior to joining the Eels, Andrew held senior leadership roles with Optus and American Express. Evolving a best-in-class foundation in B2B marketing into a series of high-profile corporate sales leadership roles with critical turnaround agendas, Andrew culminated his tenure at American Express as Director, Head of Corporate Sales. In this role, Andrew re-built and re-energised a $100m+ revenue business to deliver exceptional results. Initiating and leading a major program of people, process and cultural change, he led the team to significant year on year revenue growth. A firm believer that culture and the way you serve is the only sustainable differentiation in business, he also achieved record Net Promoter and employee engagement scores.

Andrew holds a Masters of Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and is a regular speaker and contributor to conversations across the fields of employee engagement, culture, leadership development and strategy. He is also a member of the Board at SMART Recovery Australia, where he provides counsel on strategy, governance and professional development.
