Andrew Levison

Andrew Levison is a part time member of the Schulich Executive Education Centre working with Schulich’s international clients on Leadership Development and Change Management. He is also the President and Founder of Above & Beyond Learning Company, a Toronto- based Consulting Company. He has been facilitating, coaching, and educating for over 17 years. He started his career working for Sales Training and Change Management guru Larry Wilson, the founder of Wilson Learning. Andrew believes that an organization’s most important assets are its leaders, employees and customers.

Andrew’s areas of focus and expertise include designing and facilitating transformational learning experiences for leaders and their teams. He is passionate about helping people and organizations manage growth and change. Andrew speaks internationally on the topic of Leadership, Change Management, and the impacts of Web 2.0 and Social Media on the way we need to lead our companies. He has an impressive client list that runs the gamut of CEO’s, senior leaders, and employees working for both “for profit” and “not for profit” companies. Some of his past and present clients include American Express, Brinks Inc., Purolator, Loblaw, and Microsoft.
