Andres Hatum

Andrés Hatum is Professor of Management and Organization at the Business School, UTDT. He has been Full Professor at the IAE Business School and Visiting Professor at IESE in Madrid and Barcelona, ​​ESE (Chile), Adofo Ibañez in Chile and Miami, as well as Nyerode Business Universiteit in the Netherlands.

As a Human Resources consultant, he worked with different companies such as AGD, Tigo (Colombia), Banesco (Venezuela), Toribio Achával, Lázaro Costa, McDonalds, Pegamil, Banco Río, IPS, Emegé, Lipsia, Coca Cola, Nestlé, Deloitte (Peru and Colombia), Biosidus, Pfizer (Latam), Repsol (Spain), in which the query topics were related to organizational change processes, human resources systems and talent management.

He has published articles in different journals such as the British Journal of Management, Management Research, Harvard Business Review and Family Business Review .
