Executive School of Management, Technology and Law
Prof. Dr. Andreas Binder graduated from the University of St.Gallen in 1983 (lic. oec. and lic. iur.). Since his admission to the bar of the Canton Aargau in 1984, he has been practicing as attorney-at-law at Binder Rechtsanwälte. In 1987 he attained his doctorate (Dr. iur.) at the University of Basel. In 2004 he was designated as honorary professor of debt law and company law at the University of St.Gallen.
