Biography
I did my Ph.D. in Economics at George Washington University. I also have a MPA/ID from Harvard’s Kennedy School and a BA in Economics from the Univesidad Catolica del Ecuador.
To describe my research in one phrase, I am interested in what people do when the government is not looking. My primary interests are Public Economics, Development Economics, and Applied Microeconomics.
