Andrea L. Wilson

Andrea emigrated from Jamaica with the sole purpose of completing her Engineering degree and getting an MBA, as she thought this was the path to her success. After years of climbing the corporate ladder, working twice as hard as everyone else just to fit in which resulted in several health challenges, she was restructured out of her job. With this experience, she wanted to inspire others to not let society or others define their success or their ability to achieve their dreams. Shortly after losing her job, Andrea founded Achieve as she wanted to help people, like herself, get a clear vision of what success looks like to them, create a path to this success and ultimately have the impact they desire. Andrea is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, and in addition to her work with Achieve, she is a Professor in the Business School at Humber Institute of Technology. Andrea has an Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree and a Master of Business Administration, however, what she is most proud of, is being the mother of 3 amazing daughters.
