Research interests
My past careers - clinical and senior management roles in the NHS in England and Wales; strategy and organisational research roles in the Welsh Government - influence my current research interests, which encompass strategic, organisational and institutional change, and focus on critical approaches to analysing management, organisation, power and resistance, with particular reference to healthcare policy, strategy and delivery.
