Presentation

I got my PhD in 2017 from Ca''Foscari University of Venice (Department of Management) with a dissertation on Revenue Management in the context of non profit theatres. My main research interest is cultural economics with a focus on the economics of performing arts organisations from both demand and supply side. On one hand, I am interested in the theatre-goers'' behaviour with respect to the manager''s decisions in terms of pricing and scheduling. On the other hand, I am interested in the strategy of performing arts organisations in light of the dualism between cultural objectives and financial needs.

Primary research areas

  • Cultural economics
  • Economics of performing arts
  • Revenue management and pricing of theatre tickets
  • Economic valuation

Courses

Cultural Economics and Politics, BSc Business Administration and Service Management
