My career as on date is a culmination of more than a decade of experience in the healthcare sector as a Scientist, Management, Operations, Quality, Data Analytics & Business Development personnel. Leadership role in mentoring Operations Research.

Currently working as P & L Head of a 94 bed Columbia Asia Hospital Hebbal, a specialty hospital with reporting of all Administrative, Support, Finance and Clinical services.

Prior to this role, was handling Operations and Quality at the 250 bed flagship unit with close to 150 reporting, including support services. Responsible for the Bed matrix allotments, Capacity utilization, Financial performance and targets, Excellent Service Levels and participating in all activities of the unit including Strategy, Process re-engineering, Data driven decision making and Six Sigma deployment.

Previously involved in using my expertise in the thorough understanding metabolic pathways & the diagnosis of metabolic disorders, a rare specialty in India.

Served as Member Secretary of Ethics Committee and responsible for conduct of SRB and IEC meetings & participate in objective peer review of trials and Clinical Trial documents. Authored / co-authored close to around 50 publications, both in National & International journals.

Additionally, successfully completed by Lean Six Sigma Green belt & Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt with Indian Statistical Institute, Chennai. Led many Customer Service Excellence initiatives of the organization which were eye openers to Continuous Improvement. My special interests in this focus of activity are Operations Research, Service Excellence Metrics, Value Engineering.

Participated in two JCI audits.

I bring together expertise in Technical aspects of Clinical Biochemistry & Metabolic Diseases, Operations, Business Development, Leadership, Data Analytics and TQM too. As a committed individual, I shall be dependable and completely accountable in my professional life.
