Ana García Villas Boas

Ana García Villas-Boas is Executive Coach for Management and Board of Directors. Her work focuses on developing Influent Leadership, Cooperative Teams, Talent and Cultural Transformation in Organizations. She has worked with companies as Banco Santander, Roche, Baxter, Alcatel-Lucent, Adidas Group, BNP, Bain & Company, Clifford Chance, Vodafone, banco Sabadell, Cepsa, GAS Natural among others.

She has been working 15 years in several big firms and corporations, where she was able to work in a diverse and multicultural experience. Among them, there are EMI-Hispavox and Renault Spain, in an international Non Profit Organization and in some starts-up on the new technologies sector. She has developed a special founding team for an e-commerce firm. During these years Professor Ana Garcia Villas-Boas has worked on organization, strategies and improvement of skills in the commercial and marketing areas.
