Allen Secretov is a Los Angeles-based entertainment, intellectual property, and business litigation attorney. In this capacity, Allen has had the pleasure of advocating for professional athletes, television and movie actors, acclaimed musicians, legendary comedians, talented authors, cutting-edge NFT artists, and influential companies across numerous industries.

Regularly asked to speak on current events in entertainment law and legal education, Allen’s thoughts and analysis have been published and quoted by numerous legal and media outlets, including The Hollywood Reporter, Forbes, Business Law News, and the American Bar Association’s The Young Lawyer Magazine. He also previously taught International Intellectual Property at UCLA School of Law.

Before joining KWIKH, Allen practiced patent litigation at Arnold & Porter, served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Frances Rothschild of the California Court of Appeal, and assisted distinguished law professor Kimberlé Crenshaw with her research on critical race theory and intersectionality.

When not in the office, you can find Allen working on his golf game, experimenting with a new kitchen gadget, or taking an online course on whatever piques his interest that month.
