Hi, I'm Alistair ( or Ali / Orcfull / Norris, it depends where you know me from! )

I'm a Design Director with deep expertise in Interaction Design, Design Strategy, Design Research, Service Design and Project Leadership.

My passions lay at the intersection between innovative new work and the people creating it. 
The only thing I've found to match my interest in designing new products and services; 
is helping to create, optimise and nurture the teams doing the innovating in the first place.

Whilst I can be openly pessimistic about the problems we face as humanity, I'm equally loud and optimistic about the people I meet every day and how that paints a bright future for us all.

Can cooperatives be a future model of design consultancy funding, and if so, what should that look like?
