Dr. Ali Ahmad Bodla is an Assistant Professor in Strategic Human Resource Management at the department of Business Administration, Nijmegen School of Management, Radboud University Nijmegen. He has vast experience in research and teaching in Strategic Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. His professional experience spanned as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, Information Technology University, Pakistan and Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. He earned his Ph.D. in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, in 2017.

His research interests include strategic HRM systems, leadership, creativity, diversity, and inclusion. His research extends examining the relationships between high-performance work systems and employees outcomes. How do leadership and HPWS shape employees engagement and commitment, which lead to performance outcomes? He has been exploring how do team diversity and inclusion management practices contribute to employees creativity and task performance? Recently he has been focusing on social network structures and international entrepreneurship, which emphasizes why and how entrepreneurs’ network structures lead to opportunity recognition and venture performance. How do social and institutional contexts influence entrepreneurs’ network structures and entrepreneurial processes?

He has published many articles in leading international research journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, European Journal of International Management, Journal of Management & Organization, Personnel Review, Journal of Leadership & Organizational Development Journal, and Journal of Organizational Change Management, International Journal of Inter-Cultural Relations, and Scandinavian Journal of Psychology.
