Biography

Alexandria is the Network Manager for Proving Ground at the Center for Education Policy Research. She received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Brown University and studied the links and barriers between education access and upward mobility. While an undergrad, she studied Hindi, Urdu, and Nepali, and conducted independent education research in a Nepalese village of stone crushers. She later became certified in teaching English as a foreign language and taught in Ecuador and Spain. Alexandria then went on to improve education access by helping adolescent learners acquire computer coding education and guiding US high school students through the college application process.
