Hertie School of Governance
Alexandra Ioan is a Research Associate and Doctoral Student at the Hertie School of Governance. Her research interests include civil society organisations, social entrepreneurship, institutionalisation processes and inter-sectoral collaboration in addressing social challenges. Ioan is a researcher in the EU-funded SEFORÏS project. She has been a Visiting Student Researcher at the Stanford Center on Philanthropy and Civil Society, Stanford University. She holds degrees from the Hertie School of Governance, the University of Bucharest and the National School of Public Administration and Political Studies in Bucharest, Romania.
