My professional mission is to help students engage in the career exploration and development process with excitement and enthusiasm. My hope is that I will motivate my students to thoughtfully and proactively plan career futures that align with their values, interests, personality, and skills.

My experience involves teaching career courses, career services management and leadership, career advising/coaching, professional staff training and supervision, job and internship search assistance, resume and cover letter writing and editing, interview preparation, major and career exploration and decision making, career development research strategies, presenting career related information, and career event planning.
