Biography

The George Washington University

Challenges in relationships, life changes, painful thoughts and feelings, and difficult past experiences often leave us searching for meaning, clarity, and relief. Together, we work to create a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, with the goal of generating space for change, and relief from suffering. While my approach differs based on your needs, I always bring focus, curiosity, and empathy to our work, providing a collaborative environment where you are free to discuss whatever concerns you.

I have worked with people suffering from anxiety, depression, on-going relationship issues, and work and creativity blocks. I also offer comprehensive psychological evaluations. I've found that psychological evaluations can be useful in understanding what might interfere with your treatment goals or achieving academic, career or relationship success.
