Alberto is a guest lecturer at ESMT Berlin and professor at the Human Behavior Area at IAE Business School, Universidad Austral. Alberto joined IAE in 2000 and has been on the ULC faculty since 2012. He is the program director of ULC´s counterpart at IAE Business School “Gestión del Cambio en la Organización.” He is engaged in teaching activities worldwide and works with global, multinational, and local companies. His professional career started at Alpargatas, where he worked with the industrial department staff. For 12 years he worked at The Dow Chemical Company, holding different sales and marketing positions in Latin America. He participated in regional and global business management teams and worked out of the Miami office for four years. In 1994 he founded Innovar S.A., a management and training consulting firm. By 1997 he had joined Quest Worldwide, a UK-based consulting firm specializing in organizational change, as partner and director.
