Alan Parham

Mr. Parham is the joint benefit funds coordinator for the Laborers’ District Council of the Metropolitan Area of Philadelphia and Vicinity. He is responsible for the administration of the Construction Industry Pension Fund and the Building and Construction and Heavy and Highway Health Funds and Training Fund. Mr. Parham is a member of the Delaware Valley Administrators Association and the Eastern Pennsylvania Administrators Association and is on the executive board of the Delaware Valley Health Care Coalition. He serves as a Voting Director of the International Foundation, has twice chaired its Administrators Committee and served as a member on several Foundation committees. Mr. Parham has spoken before professional organizations, including the Institute for International Research and conferences of the International Foundation. He was also a member of the editorial advisory board of Alert Investment Risk magazine and has authored articles for the Foundation. Mr. Parham is a graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and holds an M.B.A. degree with a concentration in risk management and insurance and a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting
