Biography

From 1993 until departing Deloitte UK, Alan Broach was a partner in UK firms. Following this, he transitioned to the field of television. His career encompassed roles in both music and Children's TV between 1993 and 2006. In 2007, he joined Deloitte Moscow as a tax partner, specializing in M&A transactions. Subsequently, he relocated to PwC Moscow in July 2008, assuming the position of CIP corporate tax partner. He concluded his tenure as a partner at PwC in 2012 and presently engages in part-time consultancy for various firms, while also serving as a lecturer on ACCA in Kazakhstan for PwC.

He has authored "Tales of a Wandering Accountant" as well as the novel "Muffins," which explores the far-reaching consequences of a minor incident. Both of these works are available on Amazon and Kindle platforms. His areas of expertise encompass M&A, Russian corporate tax matters, and teaching ACCA papers F5 and F6 (Rus). Additionally, he offers training in public speaking and presentation skills.

In his current retired status, he divides his time between a residence in Barcelona and a house situated in the Spanish Pyrenees.
