Aida Rodríguez Moral

Aida Rodríguez is a blue ocean seeker leading Sustainable Finance Division and the Non Financial Risk as Managing Director in Accenture Strategy & Consulting with more than 100 experts under her responsibility. Additionally, She is responsible for the ESG Data Offering. She has over 15 years of experience in sustainability and risk management, being specialized on ESG Risk, Conduct Risk, Fraud, Ethics and Responsible Banking. Aida also has lead several ESG transformation & strategic programs for International Companies having direct experience on Biodiversity, Scope 3 management, European Taxonomy & CSDR, decarbonization & portfolio alignment, offset carbon solutions, voluntary carbon market and internal carbon price. She is also involved on Responsible AI and Data Ethics initiatives. Her last obsession is about vulnerable clients and accessibility, and the white spaces associated to this.

She has her own thesis regarding the “Sustainability ID" defending that lack of sustainability would lead on a social exclusion risk for both individuals and firms, and how Small and Medium Enterprises have the responsibility and opportunity to produce ESG data and demonstrate a ESG behavior.

Aida has a major on business and loves design & art, philosophy, macroeconomics, humanism and new IT, mixing all these disciplines within her team on her envisioning regarding the role of the Bank on the Future being sustainable, innovative, ethical and profitable. She has similar thesis for other industries, including retailers , telecom and energy companies.

Aida also advises several start-ups, being part of the South Summit Jury, developing her own Due Diligence model regarding sustainability aspects.

Aida has built her own manifesto about her own way of working with her team, being frequent speaker on events on sustainability and Innovation, Business Schools and Financial Entity events, as Santander Bank, being very used to speak to a C-Level audience.

Aida is a Sustainability Professor at ISDI and Catalyst Sustainability Graduate School. She is also Scrum Master certificated, applying Agile methodologies to create impact.

Early in her career, her background as external auditor has brought strong knowledge in accounting, SOX and internal control.

Aida works with passion, bringing innovation to her work every day mixing capabilities. She works tightly with her team trough design thinking methods on an open minded and creative way, enjoying every working day and making a real IMPACT.
