Aditya Ashoka is as an FPGA engineer at Amazon Lab126. Before Amazon, he worked in both the finance and defense industries. In finance, he worked at a high-frequency trading firm where he developed hardware acceleration platforms to reduce the trading infrastructure's latency. While in defense, he was an ASIC designer and developed radiation-hardened processors for NASA’s satellites and rovers.
Ashoka has master’s in computer engineering from Virginia Tech and worn a few other hats anchored in social work and teaching. He was a board member at Manassas City Public Schools Education Foundation, a substitute teacher at Prince William County Public Schools, a 30 Minute Guidance founder, a web designer at Give Me Break from Cancer and a master financial education volunteer at Virginia Cooperative Extension.
