Hult International Business School

Adi is an experienced facilitator and organisation development consultant with an extensive background in the areas of leadership development and organizational change. She is a BPS chartered Occupational Psychologist, holding a BSc. in Psychology, MSc. in Organizational Psychology and MA in Systems Psychodynamic Consulting from the Tavistock Clinic.

Adi grew up in Switzerland and the UK, and is fluent in both English and French. She started her career in the military as part of a behavioural science research team, before joining Ford Motor Company’s Learning and Development function, focusing on change management. Since 2006 she has worked as an independent consultant, leadership facilitator and coach across a range of industry sectors, globally.

Adi brings a deep theoretical understanding of the human aspects of work (individual, group, and organisational level), which combined with her practical approach and ability to have honest conversations, makes her highly credible with all levels of seniority. She builds long-term partnerships and is valued by her clients for her acute attentiveness and supportive, yet challenging, style of engagement that surfaces valuable insights.

Adi’s interests include supporting leadership transitions, exploring work tensions and dilemmas, and enabling leaders to engage with, and take up, their changing roles. Some of her recent clients include: Swarovski, Allianz, Royal Dutch Shell, BP, Experian, Boston Scientific, TSB, the British Civil Service and Save the Children.
