“Adam Vuaran is Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility, APAC, at Societe Generale, based in Singapore. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the bank’s APAC sustainability strategy.
He supports the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors into SG's risk management processes and product offerings. He also coordinates strategy regionally with the functions responsible for the Group’s sustainability reporting strategy, as well as its environmental footprint. He participates in sustainability industry policy initiatives, with a particular interest in governance and sustainable finance.
Vuaran started his career in law, and has served in legal and business roles in Sydney, London, Tokyo and Singapore. He holds an Advanced Certificate in Sustainability and Sustainable Businesses from SMU, a combined BA/LLB degree from the University of New South Wales and is a qualified solicitor, admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and to the Supreme Court of England & Wales.”
