Biography

Dr. Abel Tablada has worked as an architect, researcher and educator in Cuba, Belgium and Singapore. His research interests cover the topics of tropical low-carbon and passive architecture as well as the integration of renewable energy and food resources in buildings. He recently finished a research project on 'Productive facade systems: assessment of BIPV panels and Building Integrated Agriculture (BIA) at Tropical Technologies Lab.'
