Abdellatif El Mamouni teaches managerial skills, supply chain management and marketing communications in Bachelors level. Since 2007, he has been a professor and is currently the Program Director of the Undergraduate Apprenticeship, which has grown in size from 30 to over 120 apprenticeships at companies in the region of Paris. He coaches of the apprentices and follows them in companies and he helps the students to develop their personal and professional project. His PhD dissertation focused on apprenticeship.
