Course Details

This course requires participants to prepare and deliver a D & I presentation to a real-world client system. This is considered the “Capstone Project” and is required for the awarding of the certificate. Participants are expected to demonstrate skills and competencies acquired over the course of the program, which are relevant to the presenting D & I issues put forward by the client system. Candidates are expected to demonstrate the ability to integrate applicable D & I theory, models and metrics in a live presentation format, supported by a companion concept paper deliverable.

Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, successful students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate the ability to integrate theory and practice into a high quality proposal designed to address a real diversity and inclusion problem presented by one of the practice clients introduced during the course of the certificate program.
