oday, new business models are being built in parallel with new technologies and new capabilities continuously emerging. This has created a gap in skillsets for individuals to better understand the bridge between these domains – it’s no longer enough to be an expert in only technology or business.

About this course

This course is a collaboration between UTS and ITIC.

We'll walk you through what you can expect as a business leader from initial launch to having a new business venture into the market and scaling. This course delves into the deep intertwine between creating new business models and new streams of income and the development of technology-based products and platforms.

It is important at this stage to understand how large the potential is for your company to grow and to identify the core drivers of value. We will help you view your business from the standpoint of an investor and gain an insider's perspective of what investors want and the questions they will ask. You'll be guided through how to create your investor pitch and documentation and gain an understanding of the landscape of funding opportunities available.
