Who should attend

Middle to senior managers - who want to enhance their thinking and use the practical application of systems thinking to improve the outcomes of complex problem-solving.

About the course

Systems Thinking in Practice is based on the ideas raised by Peter Senge in ‘The Fifth Discipline’, identified by the Harvard Business Review as one of the seminal management books of the last 75 years.

Discover the possibilities that come from looking at business problems in a different way, seeing overall structures, patterns and cycles. Systems thinking allows you to understand the full picture of an organisational system, all the interrelating relationships within it and how they impact each other. Learn to examine the connections and interactions of components within a system and identify the root causes of organisational issues.

In an environment of increasing complexity and change, the ability to think and act systemically is critical to success. Be equipped with skills and tools to enhance your decision-making. This high impact course is designed to give you the foundations for Systems Thinking and an understanding of the organisational benefits of this approach.
