Description

This course will explore the key management tasks that are important in operating an effective and efficient Supply Chain System to generate the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention at the lowest cost. During the training, participants will gain new insights on how to apply business strategies to increase productivity which in turn reflects on the bottom-line.
