About the course

Senior program managers must lead from a total systems perspective, which requires an understanding of the Federal environment and integrated program management. You will explore the relationships that shape situations and use that knowledge to identify key issues that can inhibit project success. Through exercises around leadership techniques, decision support systems, and team building, you will leave with tactical tools necessary to make strategic decisions.
