This instructor-led program introduces strategies and processes applicable to any industry or organization. It delivers tools and templates to plan, estimate, schedule, and control projects, ranging from simple to complex. This course also prepares you for the Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM®) exam administered through the Project Management Institute (PMI) and complete the 23 educational hours requirement for the CAPM exam. The material presented during the program is based on the PMBOK 6th Edition, available through PMI.org.
