Before the program
You have the opportunity to discuss your personal needs and expectations with the program director and list the challenges your board is facing, if you choose to do so.

Parallel sessions
As participants come from diverse international companies and a broad range of industries, HPB devotes parallel sessions to some specific issues such as: family business; managing stakeholders; NGOs; board dynamics & psychology; social issues & stakeholders in the Middle East & Africa; governance regulation going forward; plus some geographical areas (Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and more).
Throughout the program, you discover concepts, frameworks and approaches for building a high performance board and develop an action plan to address your challenges. IMD faculty, high-level directors and chairpersons provide world-class research and case studies, and you share best practices, experiences and insights with other participants.
After the program
A program synthesis (prepared jointly with the IMD Global Board Center) is available upon request, for sharing program learnings with your board.
Certification
